With Orange County home values on the rise and the economy generally moving in a positive direction, we are seeing a lot of homeowners wanting to upgrade their homes with customized audiovisual systems or smart home systems. We saw the same thing happen back in 2006/2007 when the economy was booming and Orange County home values were at an all-time high.
