Over the years we’ve evolved our project process to streamline communications, gather critical information early on and create the best experience possible for our clients. Each project is unique and warrants special attention, but our overall process is time-tested and a proven asset.

Client Meeting

Initial meeting to define a scope of work for the project. Review with the client their overall perspective, assumed level of performance and wish list. Assess the challenges of meeting the client's expectations and working budget.

Scope of Work and Budget Evaluation

Develop a system design and determine the elements required to create a Home Entertainment and Control System that meets and then exceeds the client's expectations.

Proposal for Project

Prepare and present an informative and detailed presentation that defines a plan to achieve the desired results per the clients vision as expressed to us as their A/V contractor.

Contract and Installation

Take up our position as a member of the construction team for the project. Provide timely and professional services and maintain open lines of communication throughout the construction process.

Customer Service and Follow-up

From start to finish provide an unsurpassed level of customer service. When all other trades have completed their portions of the project our installation and programming team will remain your contacts for continued service and support.
